The Dogs are back on the ice in Newcastle this Sunday, facing the North Stars.
The game will mark the second of four meetings between the teams as well as the first time they face each other at Hunter Ice Skating Stadium this season.
The Ice Dogs have had a strong season, finishing with a commanding 5-1 victory over Adelaide on Saturday followed by a narrow 4-3 defeat to Newcastle the next night.
Sydney has won 24 of the 62 games against the North Stars dating back to the 4th of May 2002, including the Ice Dogs Goodall Cup championships in 2004 and 2013.
Following the May 21st contest, the Ice Dogs and North Stars will play against each other on the following dates: Jun. 17, Aug. 26.
