Import Forward Strat Allen will be returning to the Sydney Ice Dogs for the upcoming 2017 AIHL season.

In 25 regular season games in 2016, the 6’6”, 98 kg Ice Dogs import collected an impressive 43 points (16 goals, 27 assists), averaging 1.7 points per game and placing him 10^th in the league.

The Toronto, Ontario native has netted 24 goals and collected 31 assists for 55 points in 39 games over the span of two seasons. Allen has led the Ice Dogs in goals scored and points amassed at the end of each season since making his debut at age 27 in 2015.

“I like the group we had last season and we have added some pieces that I feel will take us a step further this year.  Looking forward to getting to work” says Allen.

Allen joins returning Grant Toulmin and Incumbents Stephen Johnston and Damien Ketlo all in time for the Season Opener April 22^nd against the Sydney Bears.
